Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
Art the Soul Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during transit. Any claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or tariffs, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of original artwork and handmade items, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can determine next steps.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Art the Soul Studio.
The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Each piece is created with professional materials and is made to last with proper care.

Handmade Details
Art Cards: Each Card is individually painted and packaged by hand. Minor variations, small imperfections, traces of paint, pencil marked, or differences in colour may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product
