All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Kelowna, British Columbia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Santosha Art Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Kelowna area. If you would like to arrange pickup, please contact me prior to placing your order.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Once an order has been shipped, Santosha Art Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during transit. Any claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier. If a package is returned due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
