By placing an order with Art the Soul Studio, you agree to the following terms.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. Art the Soul Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
I make every effort to accurately depict each artwork online through photos and descriptions. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, and exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Minor variations in texture, brushwork, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Art the Soul Studio. The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of original artwork and handmade items, Art the Soul Studio does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
All artwork in this shop is handmade, unique, and sold as-is. Items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Custom or commissioned pieces are also final sale and cannot be canceled once work has begun.
If you have questions about size, materials, or color before purchasing, I encourage you to reach out. I’m happy to provide additional photos or information to help you make an informed decision.
Shipping and Damage Policy
Orders are carefully packaged, but once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping service. I am not liable for lost or delayed packages, though I will assist with carrier claims when possible. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and artwork.
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Each piece is created with professional materials and is made to last with proper care.
To help preserve your artwork:
